Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of CallBack Engine’s callback-request and messaging service. By submitting a callback request, you agree to provide accurate information and to be contacted about that request.

Callback requests

CallBack Engine helps route callback requests to an available plumbing service provider. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, a response time, a diagnosis, a price, or completion of service. For emergencies or safety concerns, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Text messaging

By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a callback request, you agree to receive text messages from CallBack Engine about that request and related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can opt out at any time, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false, abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent requests, or use the service to harass another person. We may pause or refuse requests that appear unsafe or abusive.
